RESERVATION POLICY, AUGUST 2007:
We are old fashioned here. For the most part, we take you on trust. We assume that once your room is confirmed, you will indeed arrive as
stated, barring catastrophes. Please make your reservations with care, because this is a two way street. This assumes on your part that we
will also have your room for you on arrival.
This means that once you are confirmed, we will hold your room reservation for you, even if you misjudge travel distances, or try "short cuts",
which can be deceiving.
This policy avoids the hassle of possible refunds for us, and the problem for you to send us a deposit. This part of the peninsula is not set up
for credit cards, and wire transfers are expensive.
We will keep to this simple policy for as long as we are able, but you can help us by making your reservations with care, or phoning if you
encounter a major problem at the last minute. We DO NOT have e-mail service at the Inn, and can only check e-mail once each morning in
town. Use our cell phone numbers (click the "How to Contact Us" button below) for any unavoidable problems you may have, but please limit
them to urgent calls only.
